Oh my god you guys, it's been so flippin long! And the biggest joke here is that I'm not even properly back. I'm technically still on vacay, but I came home for a couple of days, so I thought I would make a post for you. I know, I know, I've been lazy, but I didn't even have internet connection at my beach house. Anyway, I'll be back next week for another one ;)
Today I decided that it's time to leave summer behind. I know that in the US school has already started and August only has like 10 days left. Sadly, we need to come to terms with the fact that summer is coming to an end. But, on the other hand, we can start getting excited about fall. And what's one of the best things about fall? Shoes! Personally, I can't even think about wearing anything other than sandals and flip flops at the moment-even though Kendall is going at it with the OTK boots.
We can finally jump on the bandwagon! Let's see the biggest shoe trends for this fall.

Pretty much velvet everything, from sneakers, to sandals, to boots. This soft fabric is in the spotlight this season. It's chic and certainly eye-catching. I love it, but I think that it's a rather uncomfortable material when it comes to shoes. It gets dirty so easily and it's hard to clean it and-god forbid-if it gets wet. As someone who lives in their shoes, I think that velvet shoes sound too high-maintenance.

On your heels! This is a fun one. What a lovely and genuine way to spice up a basic outfit! So feminine and fashionable. And even if you prefer well, less loud shoes, I think that those black booties with the embellished heel are simply to-die-for! Very fun and unique-just don't overdo it ;)

Biker Boots
Yaaaas! Finally! Last season they were in the "out" list. So, as an avid booties lover, I couldn't be more excited! I think that biker boots go with pretty much everything and they can give a more grungy vibe to any look. I wear them with jeans, dresses, skirts... There are no limits♥

How to make a boring shoe interesting? Embellish it! And with not just anything. Pearls are chic and very ladylike. A statement, yet a subtle one. Perfect for the girls who like to keep it classy.

Over the knee
You probably saw that coming! This trend is so not over. In fact, you can now choose from so many different styles. There is something out there for everyone. I think they are so stylish if worn correctly but, being a former volleyball player...aka muscled legs, I find it quite hard to wear any pair of high boots :/ Oh well!

So, what do you guys think? Which of these trends is your favorite for this fall to come? Let me know in the comments below♥

Style me chic: FENDI #1
Hello guys! How are you? I hope your weekend is great so far!
A couple of days ago I came across the new shoes collection by Fendi. I don't know if you've seen it yet, but there are three pairs of moccasins in it. They look very much like Tod's gommino loafers but they have the Fendi twist. As an avid lover of the Fendi peekaboo bags I must admit that I was a little eeeh when I saw these. It's not that they're not pretty(they're not Louboutin pumps though!), but they are not exactly the most flattering shoes, especially for an average height person like me. Also, constantly being on a budget doesn't really allow you to experiment with stuff like that.
Like I said, I have nothing against these shoes and since they are out of most girls' comfort zone, I saw a challenge. How can I make these appealing to all my girls out there? How can I make them look effortlessly chic? Challenge accepted! XD
I used my good old friend Polyvore and I created 3 different looks with these colorful moccasins.
The first one(header) is very preppy and would be a great fit in my previous post. I really like how the bold orange compliments the light neutrals. Perfect for strolling around in the morning during your vacation. Either buttoned up-or down ;)
Style me chic: Fendi #2
The second one is young, fresh and laid back. As you can tell, I used the color palette of the shoes are my guide here. I think it's a different and chic take on the distressed boyfriend jeans.
Style me chic: FENDI #3
The last one has the bolder(monster) shoes and that is why I wanted to keep the rest a bit low-key. Following again the colors of the shoe, I spiced up the plain-old black and denim combo a little. This one is more feminine and romantic-unlike the style of the moccasins.
So, these are the three looks I put together. Would I wear all these? Yes! Would I splurge on the shoes? Probably not. I think there are many other shoes that you can wear with these outfits. But, if you are curious to try the whole loafer trend then you can probably find some for a lot less than these Fendi ones. Just my humble opinion of course^*
You can also check out my take on the Tod's gommino and the Style me chic version of the Birkenstocks if you like!
What about you guys? How do you feel about these? Let me know in the comments below♥

For those of you who don't remember my previous post about Migato, you can check it out here and find out more about them. Greek shoes and accessories brand, one of my favorites to be honest. It's always a must to step by their store every season, just to see what they came up with each time. Having all their great stuff in my mailbox, well, that was nice! I was really excited to see all the new pieces for fall and winter.
These are only some of the things I liked, but I couldn't just add the entire collection, could I? Mainly basic pieces, staples that you can wear in multiple occasions and style them in different ways. Again, I love multitasking pieces. I can't help it. Of course, I gave in and picked some crazy leopard stuff as well. Because, what is life without a touch of craziness?
But classic will always be in trend. Black, brown, leather, suede, silver and gold. What else do you need? Biker, ankle, knee-high, over-the-knee boots, a couple of flats and pretty bags to carry all day long.
I can't really pick a favorite but, I certainly love the oxford-looking loafers(header).
If you guys like Migato's collection, you can visit their website for more information.
As always, please let me know what you think and...enjoy^*

Charlie's angel, blonde bombshell, Cameron Diaz designed her first accessories collection for the brand "Pour la victoire" (For the win, in french). She has been the artistic director of the brand since 2013 and, after a small capsule, she finally designed her very first full collection. It consists of shoes and bags designed to offer you comfort in your everyday life, while keeping it stylish.
The actress who swears by flat comfortable shoes to help her make it through the day, went for average height in heels and lots of booties. Leather and suede in mainly black and grey, but also in daring red. Keeping everything in place, being comfortable, fitting ALL you need in a trendy bag, minimize the effort. Pretty much every woman's mantra when it comes to work and everyday obligations.
Now, you can stroll around town, go to work, drive and do whatever your schedule demands and still keep it chic and stylish. You already know now that Cameron Diaz would wear that, and if we're being completely honest here, who wouldn't want to look like her?
I don't love every single piece in this collection, but I definitely adore some of them-hu header hu- ^*
What about you guys? What do you think of her new collection?
